We met Dave through the 2009 article in Phoenix Home and Garden. Since we live in Montana, we thought the distance from here to Wickenburg may present a problem, but, it has not. To date, Dave has crafted for us, nine pieces of beautiful furniture, plus, twelve unbelievably comfortable dining chairs. Each piece surpassing our expectations. Dave’s furniture is one of a kind, rock solid quality and reasonably priced. And, on occasion, Dave and I have swapped recipes.

For about 20 years, Dave Lookingbill has designed and built more than 40 pieces of household furniture for our home. Dave has a unique talent to take a general verbal description of what is needed, make a sketch and then transform that sketch into a beautifully designed and finished product. His work for us ranges from chairs, complete sets of dining room furniture, beds, chests of drawers, and a range of simple to complex tables. His work, in the Santa Fe style, always comes out more beautiful than I expect, arrives when promised and is fairly priced. The quality of what he does is exceptional.
