Makes about 50 2” square brownies (1 sheet pan)
4 cups margarine
16 oz. unsweetened chocolate
8 cups sugar
5 1/3 cups flour
8 tsp. vanilla
Melt all ingredients together.
Bake at 350* for approx. 30-40 minutes.
These are done when the sides pull away, are very fudgy in the middle when cool.
Dust with powdered sugar
I also added 2 tsp. salt, a bag of choc chips and nuts to this recipe.
You can make ½ half a recipe and use the half sheet pan.
You can add espresso powder to this recipe if so inclined.
